About me
I am on the academic job market in Fall 2024.
I am a PhD candidate in the Management & Organizations (M&O) department at Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management where I am also the Executive Director of the Emerging Markets Theme and the Program Coordinator for the Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Technology Theme. I am also earning a secondary concentration in Applied Statistics the department of Statistics and Data Science at Cornell.
My research explores how social & interorganizational networks influence whether entrepreneurial ventures succeed or fail. My work is informed by my time in consulting and venture capital and often has a contextual focus in the private equity markets to explore the role of financial intermediaries in these processes.
Before academia, I was a Venture for America fellow, worked in management consulting, and was a professional musician.
